After our company rebrand, we wanted to weave our new tagline into our recruiting initiatives. We started by narrowing down the benefits of working for us into categories, then digging deeper into how those benefits could help potential employees.
We've used different iterations of this campaign all throughout 2021, refreshing copy and design every quarter. This campaign is still being implemented across our website, social media pages, and in stores around the country.
