Our B2B department at Cellular Sales works hard to drum up clients and help businesses stay connected, which leaves little time to spread awareness internally. That's where my team came in.

We created the "We are B2B" campaign as a recruitment tactic to show our sales reps throughout the company there's a lot of room for career growth within the B2B department.

We also executed a smaller campaign based around the B2B Resource Page, an internal site created to be a one-stop shop for all B2B-related questions and processes sales reps might need while working in the field.
